Our Property Department is headed by our most senior associate solicitor, Richard Penrose, who has more than 30 years’ experience as a dedicated Property Lawyer. Under the supervision of one of the Partners, Mr Penrose and his Team manage a busy Department in a friendly and professional way.

The recent heavy investment in technology has supported the Team in their ability to advise and assist their clients. We are now able to submit searches on line; use a case management system; communicate with our clients on-line and most importantly, send updates via email if required.

We also offer our clients the benefit of attending any three of our offices (in Darlington, Hartlepool and Sunderland) in order to sign documents and make payments, etc.
