By far the largest area of our practice, the Personal Injury Litigation Department, is based at each of our offices. We have specialised in this work since 1978 and offer a very personal service, which has led to the development of long term business relationships with many of our clients in all aspects of their personal and business lives. This is something of which we are justifiably proud and we strive to continue to improve our approach on a constant basis.
We have a highly specialised and dedicated team of Lawyers, headed by the following Partners: John McArdle, Geoff Cardwell and Julie Trewhitt in Darlington, Andrew Russell in Hartlepool and Craig Winter in Sunderland. Our teams can assist and advise clients on all claims, ranging from road traffic accidents to industrial accidents and disease and clinical negligence. Many of our solicitors are members of the Law Society's prestigious Personal Injury Panel and we also have membership of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Mr McArdle is also on the Law Society's Negligence Panel to give specialist advice where other firms of Solicitors have made mistakes on your case.

Through the support network that we have built up we can help you with contacts in many fields - from arranging car hire in the case of road traffic accidents, to physiotherapy and other rehabilitation methods where a significant injury has been sustained.
We are able to offer a 'no win, no fee' service and have access to the full range of insurance products to support your claim if appropriate. However, many people may be unaware that they have legal expense insurance that will fund them in bringing a claim and we will assist to ensure that, if such a scheme is available to you, that it is utilised for your benefit to ensure no cost to you in pursuing your claim.
